homemade tuna fishcakes
large jacket size tattie boiled and mashed
tin of tuna in oil drained
grated carrot
grated onion
paprika
tbls sweet chilli sauce
chopped boiled egg
seasoning
mix that lot together
chill
roll into a fat sausage in film
chill again
slice in rounds…will do 4 big cakes
dip in flour egg and homemade bread crumbs
shallow fry
