MemberThe KC now has a health screening tool which means if you are considering using a stud dog for your bitch you can immediately check what, if any, health screening has been conducted and the results eg hip scores, elbow scores and eye tests!
This tool will allow you to type in a dog’s registration number or stud book number below, in order to display any health screening results received and recorded from a British Veterinary Association/Kennel Club scheme (BVA/KC) or an official Kennel Club DNA testing scheme
Puts an end to any possibility of confusion or fraud!
I checked my GSD and the results are correct!

GuestIn an email I was told they will soon be doing this site by name which I feel is a much better way of looking up a dog, it’s alright doing the numbers thing if you own the dog or keep stud books if most where wanting to look up to see health checks all they have is a name :agree:

But is there anyway someone could ‘pretend’ they own such and such a dog and…….you see where am heading right?

GuestSo do the kennel club automatically put all test results on there for every dog thats had a test or only if they have been used for breeding before ?
Just wondering if would Kodi’s results go on.November 27, 2008 at 10:50 am #85422.dodger.
Membergot this through in an email as well and was just about to start a new topic about it ::) 😀
i think it’s a great idea and from what i understand of it they put up all the resluts even if the dog hasn’t been bred from before so Kodi’s should be up there
