I think in all honesty that your brother shouldnt have been there.  There was lots of screaming etc and I really dont think this is the dog’s fault at all.

I dont know what Nacho would have done if he had felt threatened and I wasnt there to let him know it was okay. 

I think the dog is getting punished and it is the owners are to blame.  Kids shouldnt be looking after kids.  If anyone needs reported it is the parents to the RSPCC – 12 year olds shouldnt be looking after other children!!  And why is a child going to report swearing  😮

And if dog isnt well socialised that is owners fault not dogs.  Your shout but I would just walk away.  I wouldnt want to be responsible for a dog’s death.  If you aren’t present you wont ever know what really happened from the dogs point of view.
