last week i did the fianl session with a client that came from a practice ref…..the clients said that in all their years of visiting vets this vet gave them the feeling of enormous ‘ease’…that the way the vet explained the possibles and then the possible extremes and then ….but lets go with a before we consider b etc made them have total respect and trust….this is the relationship i have with Hugh Duffin….it about being at ease…being at ease enough to say when stressed and scared and worried…hey…hang on..i need that one more time…or nope…aint going there so offer me something else…and when you can do and say that and no offense is taken and discussion can stay at a ‘sane’ level without feeling small or inadequate or un-educated…then you got a good vet….
