Rabbit – be careful a diet which consists mainly of rabbit would be deficient in fat and could lead to rabbit starvation syndrome, the best diets consist of varied sources of protein.

pork – fine

ox  is just another name for beef!

goat is fine

Any meat is fine for a dog unless it has a problem with it. Offal provides essential sources of nutrients and is particularly rich in Vitamin A, source is not a problem.
