Hi,

this one sure looked big and everso aggressive when it very nearly killed my lurcher and she is a BC size dog Dyane.  we’d been walking for over 30 mins alongside this dog when it suddenly attacked with no warning, no provocation and no apparent reason.

bonnie was laid out by it flat on her back with jaws either side of her rib cage and a 1″ hole deep into one side where it had bitten into her holding her down very close to her lungs and very severe bruising the other – if she hadnt been so fit and agile i doubt very much that she would have got away.  my vets who had to operate on her straight away said she was very lucky.

i’ve written about it before on here – RR’s have a raw neotony which prevents them from communicating well with more domesticated breeds 🙁
