so i should only do it with him so often then  ???  He wont like that  ???  I wont like that either – I love him with me  ;D 

What should I do then ?  Cut his runs down or jusst make sure I keep the routine up with him.  He loves it.  I dont want his heart to be under strain if he is getting too much adrenaline.
