GracieThanks Guys – the police came round as the hospital had to notify them re the type of dog. Been to see the damage today looks nasty but if it had wanted to damage him it would have been far worse!!
Interestingly the police said it did not matter if it was in their garden or not if it was a dangerous breed and it had done damage they could get it put to sleep.
Mum never pressed charges said it would have been different if it was wondering the streets and it happened!! The police will notify the community wardens and if the dog is seen out wondering the street alone or out of control in the streets will reassess…
Some work to do now so hes not afraid of dogs…. :-\
