English Springer Spaniel Rescue Scotland – ESSRS
It has long been recognised that there is a huge gap in rescue provision in Scotland and that there has been a need for a breed specific English Springer Spaniel rescue. In the past, Scottish based ESS in need of rescue have been shipped long distances as organisations have had no alternative but to step in to aid them.
The recent fuel crisis and now the credit crunch have served to heighten that need; right now the fledgling English Springer Spaniel Rescue Scotland needs all the volunteers it can muster to ensure its future success.
The organisation needs everyone with an interest in Springers who is willing to commit some time to help develop the organisation. We need Trustees, area co-ordinators, fosterers, transporters, home checkers and assessors, but most of all we need your enthusiasm and love of the breed.
