ParticipantOh right. I know docking has been banned in Scotland the last few years. Is docking banned in England too?
I spoke to a fella who has a working cocker, about 5 years old so it was docked (3/4) before the ban came in. Apparently the tails get wrecked if their not docked.

Participantoh right , I dont wanna start anything. lol. Am a working dog type docking person too.
I remember my uncle telling me that when he was a kid his uncle or someone used to bite the tails off cause you could feel where the bones were with your teeth so you could make a good cut! lol

MemberGonna have to have you down here in the new year at some point Bev… Sky very full on with other dogs. I don’t let her off with other dogs around, unless we know them and I know they’ll put up with her or put her in her place! She curls her lip at other dogs and jumps on em, very excitable! If they snap at her she’ll retaliate which is why I keep her on lead most of the time! We manage it but it would be good to understand her better and see if we can calm her down with other dogs a bit!
Be an excuse to see you and catch up anyway 🙂 We can always cook a pigs head together haha 😉
