do you pick up after your dog

i walk farrokh twice  a day one on a long lead on a school field and a longer one loose on the heath but every morning on the school field i have to watch were i walk because some of the people that use the field don’t pick up but this time of the year the field is covered in beer cans bottles used condoms underwear and very often the bottles are broken for fun and very often you find food thrown away that’s why i keep farrokh on a long lead as last year he cut his foot and had to walk holding it up it was to sore to put wait on it holding your front paw up was very hard for him it only left him two paws to walk on he can cope with his back leg missing but holding up his front paw was awkward

you are not allowed to walk dogs on the school fields near me, they are all fenced in so that they stay nice and ppl dont do what is happening to yours.

i do pick up after my dogs usually, occasionally i do forget poo bags and have to go home again first!!  sometimes if i know there are no bins i will bag it and collect on the way back.  i also pick up anything else near by as my bags seem to be for giant dogs and are never full !!!

i always pick up when im walking stan on pulic ground, like the beach ect but on common ground like the downs then i dont always pick it up

I hardly ever exercise my dog in places where children play etc but if I do then of course I pick up.

Fortunatley my dogs have there own field to excercise in so if I didn’t pick it up you’d never see the grass, I have 7 dog’s here that go on average twice a day, you can do the sums ;D when we go to a show I always pack poo bags and clear up.

we always pick up  :yes: i can probably think of a handful of times max in the past three years that we haven’t and that’s cause it’s not been possible  :vomit: I cannot abide poo on the streets I find it so offensive  >:( there is a road next to our school that I call dogsh*t Alley.. is always covered in poo, is disgusting  :vomit:

i always pick it up unless it can’t be :vomit: i do sometimes forget bags if i change my coat or something silly like that but always do a loop back home to pick some up then go back and pick it up. Like kerrie, if i’m at the wastelands then i don’t always pick it up – depends where he does it :yes:

Most of our town is like that ::)
I always pick up, good way of checking everything is OK with the dogs tums 😉
