MemberOk so i went to try on some dresses on friday, didnt book, and didnt have loads of time, but tried on about 4 dresses, they were all a size 12 and i am NOT a size 12 (add two dress sizes ::) and thats me) so anyway i found i dress i loved, i saw it on the net ages ago, but didnt see it in real life,
BUT
A) it was a size 12 so sat considerbly higher up on me than it should of – so i couldnt really tell how it would really look
and
B) the girl says this is really popular, as you can see by how dirty it is !Are you expected to pay hundreds of pounds for a dress that you cant even try on in your size?
AND
I dont want a dress that is popular! >:D a few of my friends are going to a few weddings this year and i would not be happy if i was wearing the same dress as one of them, esp if the other person looked ‘better’ in it >:D!I am trying on the dresses just in time, shop said would take 6 months to get dress then have to allow for fitting alterations :-\ about a month
they siad they can take a dress in 2 sizes, which is ideally where i would love to be for the wedding, but will the dress look the same??
NAT !! your dress was taken in wasnt it? could you tell??so I now feel quite poo about the whole wedding thing!
but am going to go to a shop that my mums friend who is also getting married has been to and said they were the best in terms of being interested making her feel special etc etc – hopefully they will have more in my size!
Sorry needed a moan :'(

Memberaww Gracie.. that’s a real shame 🙁 don’t be deterred… they obviously weren’t geared up. Get yourself along to somewhere else and have another go hun. Try and book in somewhere :-*

MemberOh Gracie! don’t be sad from your bad experience! Just forget that happend and start again. make sure to book so they can help a bit more than the other shop. It’s the preparation that your supposed to enjoy too :-*
