lol Bev!! 😀  I wouldn’t want to send  save the date as there would be loads of people I would feel I had to invite and wouldn’t really want to so by leaving invites til last min they probably would be busy!! 😀 >:D

yep Lisa agree, hence why I am not sending out save the date cards, all my family and friends i have told to keep free, otherm well erm……… Good idea for Christine tho having the wedding soo close to christmas some people might go away and then for people who have to travel a long way and stuff  🙂

well my dad is paying for the night, so he gets to invite his wifes sisters, (they nice tho, and I know them) Chris parents paying for most of the day do, so they have to invite their family from birmingham, who i have never met or heard of  😉 til the wedding  ::), but other than that… my family is sooo big, and i dont have many real freinds left, so am only inviting the friends i really care about  🙂

can easily see why people run away to get married, then there is going to be the seating plans  ::) not looking forward to that  ;D

folks get invited – they come or not – dont need two reminders – if they going to attend then they going to attend  ;D

Guess it depends when you send the invites out?  Wouldn’t want to send them now… too far away… people might lose the info…  But I was only thinking of sending save the date cards to people that I really want to be there… Although most of our friends know…  and all family do – but we not got much family between us – so they are only a few… 

xtine – I’ll pm you the dresses I found that I liked (only two  😀  )  but Leon might come on here – so won’t post any pics!

I buggered up my invites i was meant to be making – so i made something on the computer photocopied it at spar and got a friend to send it via her works postal (so all my invites were postmarked BAE systems  :D)

that was about 2 weeks before the wedding!!!!

BUT 3 months before the bottom of the emershion heater (if thats how you spell it) came through the ceiling and the house was deamed unfit to live in for ages – 144 ltrs of hot water through the ceiling – so most wedding things got left to last minuite
