I had Isis microchipped at 5 weeks (the same time as she was tattoed) she will be 14 months next sunday and her chip is still in place.

i had zeus,eris chipped at 10 weeks chips still in place. Freya and Arin were both done at over a year freya was nearer 2 and again chips are still in place

Izzy was done at 10weeks.  You can have it done anytime really  🙂

I think the pro’s far outweigh the cons – I’d say it’s probably quite rare for them to move  🙂
