i have signed up to smart but to do there training you have to be in a job but they not much help in finding one :-\
will have alook at other places though

MemberGo to your local jobcentre, they will help you get into college, you can also apply to your local LEA to help finance your college fees.

for courses – thinking of student loans as well – unless they have changed since i was at uni – left 8 years ago 😮 😮 i feel old…
you don’t have to pay back until you are working – they charge minimal interest – and the repayments are low. 🙂 you would need to speak to local authority about those i think. i would have thought you are entitled for doing courses too?

MemberKerrie, I had this prawn open sandwich in a pub you can see what I mean about presentation.
The salad had in it celery peppers radish tomato lettuce cucumber and red cabbage, topped with coleslaw and watercress 😮 with a side serving of tortilla chips.
The bread was granary and the seafood sauce was served in the silver dish separate, I tipped some on before I thought to take the photo. It was gorgeous ;D[img width=468 height=351]http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g275/lassiemad/Hilgay026.jpg[/img]

[/quote]Yes to the first question that’s what I meant, you have to mix the different flavours and colours so it makes the customer’s mouth water
