Hi,

original compositions such as forum posts particularly knowledge ones as opposed to chatter would probably be copyright without having to state it.

the website is back online, with viruses on each page >:D, by the loks of it everyone’s posts that were copied from here have been deleted, but that was just me doing a quick scan. :-\

Answer:
I would contact the poster and tell the person point blank that the photo is copyright as all things on the net are. Copyright laws are very clear about it. Warn the poster to remove your photo immediately or you will take action. Put COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT ON DOGSTER in the subject line. Attach a copy of this.
