MemberHello,
I thought you might like to know that an update on that article was published today — nearly 500 people called the adoption line to offer homes to the dogs.
Here’s the link:
If you’d like to know more about the adoption drive I’d be happy to help. Or there’s information available at the website here: http://www.pedigreeadoptiondrive.com

[/quote]Which rescues have benefitted from the adoption drive?
May 6, 2010 at 1:48 pm #91195PedigreeUK
MemberHi Izzie,
All the money raised this year will go to ADCH rescue homes in the UK and Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
There’s a list on our website http://www.pedigreeadoptiondrive.com/adopt/files/Pedigree_Adoption_Drive_Grants_2008_2009.pdf showing which groups received grants from the 2008 and 2009 campaigns.
I hope this helps,
Janet

MemberI just wanted to pop back and thank you for your support – it’s been great to see so many people getting behind the campaign!
Thanks to your efforts and those of other dog-lovers around the UK, we reached our target for 100,000 views of Charlie’s story, which means £100,000 raised to help abandoned dogs across the UK. If you haven’t seen the ending, the final episode of the film is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqqf2f0MP4Q
Many, many dogs are successfully rehomed every week in the UK. So we went to visit some former rescue dogs who’ve now found their forever homes. Their feel-good Dogumentaries are posted here: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p … AB65316523
If you’d like to know more about the campaign, there’s lots more information on the Adoption Drive website http://www.pedigreeadoptiondrive.co.uk/adopt/home/
Thank you!
