I’m conducting some research into complants and outcomes made to the RSPCA
so if you have any experience please PM me, I will require the following
information,
1) The name of the person who had the unsatisfactory experience. (I may
need to also ask for an address if the CC request it as further proof but
hope this won’t be necessary)
2) The dates and times of the incident/s.
3) Full and precise details of each incident including calls made to the
RSPCA and their response.
4) Emotional impact.
5) Copies of any correspondence.
6) Any photographic evidence.
7) Length of time involved.
8 ) Details of any outcome – satisfactory or otherwise.
