Val, how on earth did you manage to attract the attention of Denis Carthy? That’s quite some accolade you know. :surprise: He is certainly well known on dog forums. Did you refuse a date with him or something? :vomit:

No I chose to fight the banning of ecollars in the UK this will still not stop me, I find it upsetting but as the show people have said he’s the daft arse to pick a site with so few dogs no studs and all health checked and owned by me :agree: who most people know or knows someone that knows of me

i had a quiet chuckle that Esh’s hips are actually on the page he chose in big letters

3:3 – low and balanced …. just as a beardie should be i’d imagine ?

also he says 2 dogs – the pictures are of the same flipping dog – poor eyesight ???

Why is it strange we may have managed to keep him off this site but the general public read our posts I am also a mod with a gob ;D little s**ts like him will not stop me fighting anything that I think needs fighting for and dogs are worth the fight.

I’m not so sure about that…will let Val answer if she wishes to. If you had a dog that chased sheep and would be killed or put down if it didn’t stop , would you use an e-collar to save its life? With a total ban you wouldn’t be able to…

i would move away from a sheep area nick – i would NEVER EVER use one of those barbaric devices on ANY dog, let alone my dog. :boooo:

i did think i had misread val though – thanks suz. as i know “denis carthy” is a great proponent of e-collars, so presumably if val has come to his attention it is because she is the opposite – and val is also a dog lover so i don’t see her being in favour of them.
