Well if he was mine I would want a second opinion before the chop , there are vets all over the UK that do sperm checks as a lot of breeders bring in and send out dog sperm they also get dogs checked for all sorts of things.
Sadly it’s not an area that I have studied as I do not keep male dogs never have done like my girlies
I know there is a vet called English? that does a lot of this work but have not a clue about anymore information.
Maybe someone else will have why not phone the KC
