November 8, 2008 at 8:53 am #110340AnonymousGuestErr do I drink it or soak my hands in it??
:tease:Drink it. ;D Dissolve the honey in a little hot water, then fill the cup with hot water and add a capful of cider vinegar. It’s my first drink in the morning and I find it far more refreshing than my normal coffee. If I remember, I’ll have another cup during the day.
My Bioflow helps my hands and this helps my feet!!
November 8, 2008 at 11:19 am #110341AnonymousGuestI use Voltarol on my knees in the winter, it really does help 🙂

Contains diclofenac which is a NSAID, works but can still upset your stomach as it’s absorbed through the skin and into the blood streamNovember 8, 2008 at 1:39 pm #110343AnonymousGuestHere you go Lassie this is where I get mine from http://www.healthydirect.com/product/ARGEL/d.jsf?AffiliateCode=Shopping

[/quote]Thanks for that Val ;D
Will try the orange juice with Rough’s drink too 😉November 8, 2008 at 2:55 pm #110345AnonymousGuestI find that orange juice (and grapefruit) sets the arthritis off much worse. :-[
See if you can get hold of Curing Arthritis the Drug Free Way by Margaret Hills. She’s a nurse what was bedridden for 3 years with osteo and rhumatoid arthritis. After painful doctor treatments she sorted herself out, using her medical knowledge, using natural things, including cider vinegar.
I’ve got a very small paperback book but I see on Ebay that she’s got more up to date ones, but as you might guess, mine came from a car boot sale!! ::)
