Some forums can take away pm rights- best bet is to give Colin a shout he might be able to take her pm priviledges away

go to your profile and chose personal message options you can then set it up so that you can ignore her pms

Ok the only way I can see it, is you will have to partially ban her – this means she can only read the forum, cant post and cant send pm’s
