Chesney is a 13 week old Lurcher x puppy and is currently on foster in Wigan.
The Chesney Fact File
Dog status: Good
Cat status: Good but playful and excited
Child status: Good. Still bouncy and play bites so 6 years +
Home alone: Can be left for short periods, looking for someone home for best part of the day
House training: Good but odd accident (especially if its raining!)
Basic training: Has learnt his name and ‘sit’
Chesney certainly is the ‘one and only’. He is a wonderful puppy, full of charm and character and is ready to go to his new home now.

He is in foster with other dogs and he loves their company. He can be boisterous and playful with them but will back off if he pushes their boundaries.

He also lives with a cat who has to put him in his place a few times but Chesney could be rehomed with resident cats.

He loves people and children although he is currently going through his teething and play biting stage so he does see hands as fair game for a chewing every now and again. He is learning what is appropriate from his foster family. We will rehomed him with dog savvy shildren aged 6 years and upwards.

Chesney has an excellent routine with his foster home and sleeps through the night. He has been left for short periods with the other dogs as company but will need a new owner who is home for most of the day. He does love companionship and still needs some guidance with his house training.

All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to rehoming. A homecheck will be required, and you will need to come and meet the dog with your own dogs and family. Hope Rescue rehomes throughout the UK. A Pre-Home Interest Form can be downloaded from http://www.hoperescue.org.uk and should be returned to dogs@hoperescue.org.uk
