Im so sorry Colin and I want you to know how proud I was to be asked to be moderator here, but is really nothing left ot stay for the – the board isnt the same anymore which is incredibly sad  :'(

I am in touch with Val.

Please do not struggle, please do not get stressed – it is not worth it.  Let the board run its own course.  At the end of the day it is me who will carry the can if anything is published here. You guys do not get paid for doing this, you do it for the love of dogs and being involved with them.

My plan of action is to log in more myself and try and help with the new members.
I will be keeping an eye open for reported posts and looking in to them.  Up until now you guys have been so quick off the mark I have seen very little of this.
Other than that I am going to have to let the board runs its course. 

If you feel that you just simply want to post as a member, and only intervene when there is porn, spam or any other inappropriate post made, please feel free.  My biggest problem is when this material gets posted and I am away for a week or so. If you see pups for sale, report the post to me and I will deal with it when I can.  I would be grateful if some of you guys would remain with the Mods power, even if you have it just to delete porn/spam or other offensive posts.

Keep me informed of any posts or threads that are getting heated.  I know there are a lot of passionate people out there when it comes to their dogs.  I know I do not get on the forum enough to keep up with what is going on.

Please let me know if you are aware of any suitable candidates to become a Mod?

I am currently away on a training course until April and only get home at weekends.  I am then due back out to the dessert June until October.  Whilst I can get to the internet, it is not enough to keep an eye on everything.

I am just so sad that Val has left, none of these members realise quie how much she does for us they really dont.

Will check in and keep an eye on everything for you and see how it goes. Got to go now work is calling  🙂

Dont know anyone cut out to do the job, all the knowledgable ones have left  :'( Have text Bev to keep her up to date with the situation. Havent got Nat’s number to let her know though

Christine is a possible for a mod shes sensible and gets on here most days she also rarely gets involved in the crap. Otherwise no is no one i can think of but will give it some though – off now Christine will be at my nans got to groom Fritz  :-*

I will monitor what bever is doing. 

I will also ask her to use original references and not her blog in her posts on this forum.

As I said before, do not stress yourselves over this board, think of yourselves first.  If you can not get on the board for your own reasons, do not worry.  I know you all want to help the forum and those that post, and you have given far more than I expected.
