Dotty is a five year old Poodle and is currently on foster in Ledbury, Herefordshire.
Dotty came into Hope’s care with her son Roly. Both dogs are on foster in the same home and now that their assessment period is up we feel that it is in their best interests to be rehomed separately.
Dotty is a happy, easy-going dog, is very sociable and loves the company of people. She has been in the company of teenagers and toddlers and was very good with them.
She is very playful and likes other dogs, but could live alone as long as she had lots of human companionship. She can be left for up to 3 hours with no problems. Dotty has met toddlers and teenagers and was very good with them
She is a little bit chubby at the moment and could do with losing a little more weight, but she is fit and energetic. Dotty would like to spend her evenings cuddled up on the sofa with her new family. Dotty will need to be groomed regularly, her ears must be kept clean and her toes nails checked. Due to a previously bad diet her toe nails are very crumbly and twisted, they need to be kept neat. This does not stop her enjoying her walks and she is a pleasure to take out. Dotty doesn’t moult and she’s hypo-allergenic!
All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to rehoming. A homecheck will be required, and you will need to come and meet the dog with your own dogs and family. Hope Rescue rehomes throughout the UK. A Pre-Home Interest Form can be downloaded from http://www.hoperescue.org.uk and should be returned to dogs@hoperescue.org.uk
