Friz has blood in his eye

Fritz has had gooey eyea lately. Nothing too bad or unusual looking. We’ve been cleaning and using golden eye. I’ve just checked them and his right eye has blood in it  ???Can’t see where from but it’s definitely coming from inside. Not sure if I should do emergency vet given that it’s Sunday?! He might have rubbed it on something and scratched it?

blood could mean a scratch or a penetration of the eyeball.

I think Val is at crufts at the moment, but I would say get him to the vets hon, you cannot be too careful

It’s not bleeding now, but he def has an infection I think. Have been using golden eye but now not sure if I should given the blood this morning…

I know that Bev recommended Golden eye  :nono: personally I do not self medicate eyes ever not even with my experience.
He should be seen by a vet without delay it could be many things coursing this but I won’t bother to list them as he needs a vet
