The thing to remember is to make sure you get the Glucosamine with Chondroitin in it as well because it’s the Chondroitin that does the good for the joints. Glucosamine on it’s own is not so good.
I’m going to order some more myself in the new year because i think i could really give Cass more than i do, so thanks for posting this otherwise i wouldn’t have thought to check her dosage. 😉
