Was looking at her tonight and thinking 11 yrs ago I was phoning the vet for an incubator she slid into the world weighting just under 4oz her brothers were 11 and 13 oz she was so small I had a friend that went to the prem unit at the local hospital for tubing so that I could feed her she was smaller than any peke I have ever breed but she was a fighter so we fought on for a fortnight before I could leave her with Layla by the time she was 12 weeks she had caught up her weight and apart from a dodgy disc (touch wood) has been fit and well ever since
