We are Hay House Farm – A Very Dog Friendly Bed & Breakfast – opened in July 2010, solely for guests who want to bring their dogs on holiday with them. A beautiful Grade II listed Jacobean farmhouse, dated 1625, four-star rated accommodation, 10 acres of safe dog-friendly fields and gardens, free luxury hot tub for our guests’ use and, being on the edge of the Peak District National Park and in the beautiful, ancient woodland of the Churnet Valley, there are miles of country walks, literally from our front door!
