Another goos source of information if you know the type of dog you wnat is to contcat the breed clubs who will have a puppy list which details responsible breeders who have puppies available. The phone numbers can be got from the Kennel Club.

    Hi,

have you thought about breed atall ?

have a look round any local rescues that have foster homes instead of kennels that way you can sometimes find dogs which are currently fostered with kids / cats / small furries.

http://www.wiccaweys.co.uk  for BC’s  (and yes – some will live with pet rabbits – I know one who does !!)

there are loads of other places though, the only other one i know is a lurcher one and that might be asking a little much 😉

If you are looking for Neapolitan Mastriff’s contact Neapolitan Mastiff Club GB, These are Fantastic Loyal dog’s , But I wouldn’t recommend them to a novice owner. They are great family dog’s, they don’t need a lot of exercise and  extremely funny!!! The downside to them is the slobber, snoring and breaking wind!!! ( Not alway’s in that order) We sometimes have puppies available, and only have Blue’s.

Hi I’m a new member and I’m trying to find a good breeder of Australian silky terriers somewhere in Lancashire. I already have a male Australian terrier(TAZ) who’s just over 1 year old, I don’t want it for breeding I just want a companion for Taz.

    Thanxs Debra.(taz’s mum)  🙂

I like the idea of a Breeder search site, but I don’t like the idea of a site with advertised Puppies for sale.  Too many ‘breeders’ out to make a quick buck luuurrrvvv sites like that.
