metacam for his joints too – he needs it now, not ideal I know but its where were at i think nothing else was helping and we just want him to be comfortable

I agree with you completely!  Having lost my Didgy to Rimadyl, these drugs are the last thing that I’d recommend but when they’re old and all you want to do is make them comfortable and pain free, I’d do exactly the same.  There’s a time and a place for these things, and this is it. 🙂

what about Synoquin Suz, more natural, prob about the same cost(insurance should cover it) but it does wonders. Hugs for my mate :-*

Buster not insured  :embarrass:  :-* we tried all that Sue, nothing helps…..so hoping the metacam will now.

Hes super wobbly this morning – but weathers crap so..so much brighter though  :ok: and hes worked out if he wants up on the sofa – put front feet up (can do now couldnt two days ago) and someone will heave your @rse up  ;D

Sadly though, customer called today – they lost their elderly collie mix to a stroke – feel for her even more as I know we could of been saying the same thing -gutted for her and the dog was a sweetheart who was in great health when i saw her just couple weeks ago  :'(
