Hope Piper’s eye clears soon.Travis used to suffer with grass seeds in his eyes regularly when we went to the nature reserve,if I could see he was having trouble,I used to wash his eye out with cool previousely boiled water,it’s a messy wet job but it used to work for Travis :happy:

Mmm think I will have a go, she’s ok about me wiping it so shouldn’t be a problem – hope it’s not a grass seed stuck somewhere :-\ She’s had one up her nose before which she had to have a GA for to get removed so I am a little concerned 🙁

hmmm I dont know Nat – Christines Fritz had grass seed in his eye once – but she not here to ask :-\

Boil some water let it cool then get a big lump of cotton wool soak it and slap it in her eye really soak it,you may get water running down her nasel passage thats good means there is not a grass seed in the tear duct and hopefully not up the nose

Right have given it a really good soak, water everywhere and she was sooooo good bless her! Will see how it is in the morning 🙂

Seems fine this morning, no watering and its open almost as much as the other eye now, not bothering her at all :ok: Fingers crossed it was just a scratch or whatever was in it has gone :happy:

If ever you get a seed up the nose thats the easiest way to move it not up the nose but flood the eyes.
