Just the heat or something more?

Hoping that someone can give me an oppinion on Stan.

for the past about a week he has been breathing heavily and panting a lot, i put it down to the heat as it has been hot. then on Sunday his poops were realy runny and a pale yellow. Today he has got hot spots particularly around his tummy. Took his temp at 11:10am and it was 37.7.
He is eating and drinking normally, has no trouble going for a pee or a poo, pees are normal, his first morning poop today was normal but his 2nd was loose.
He is normal in himself except that he is fidgeting quite a bit.

Could it just be a tummy bug? dont think he has gotten into anything he shouldnt have
