True Sweetytype, and it IS addictive  >:D . My wife does both relax massage and sports massage. But as much as i luuuurve that, if muscles cramp up due to stress or the work i do than it might do good, but it not enough if i waited too long enough ::) .
But GSP, one can try that first  :yes: . If it didn’t help much you atleast got a great massage  😉 . But once might not be enough. But Clair did get it right too. If you don’t take away the caus than it will return  :-\ .

the osteopath made me feel tense muscles i never knew i had.  >:D

see mine is a combination – some are bad from old injuries, some from poor posture (and don’t tell my mother i was prepared to admit that, she’s always on about it  >:D ) and some are tension. but i would like them all to stop aching.  ;D

what do i want to type into Google (or not type into google  ;D ). i am paranoid now!!

I had massages on holiday  ;D brilliant  ;D

i had a hot stone one  ;D was like this for 90 mins  ;D and then floating on air for the rest of the week  ;D

can’t beat a good massage  :yes:

Feel amazing now… pelvis was out from falling off horse….  and one shoulder higher than other… who knows why… but the opposite way round from usual  ::)

not yet… can only manage one thing at a time and on work at the moment… and have arranged for dorain to go back to the chiro again (yes i do prioritise with the dog  ;D ).

swedish is real good for aching muscles as its nice and deep  :yes: if just your back neck and shoulders price will vary between £20 and VERY Expensive  ::)
