Took Jess and Livs to vets today.

Jess was showing some signs of neuro issues so vet has prescribed a low dose of steriods for 10 days starting on Sun.

She been slightly ‘crabbing when walking, random limping, body twiching when lying down and then today at the vets her eyes were twitching.

    Feeling a bit lost atm  :-\ :'(

sdteriods stopped yest, the eye twitching went down dramatically while she was on them, and she was constantly wantin feeding, but she isnt right, limping still there.

will be taking her back next week as plate is full this week

Steroids make dogs so hungery they could eat a bring wall, I think she had a doggie stoke has the eye rocking stopped.?
I also think the limp is nothing to do with the Neuro problem

She needs more steroids, I know when my friends dog had this he was on steroids longer than your lass, then he was given a single tablet a day have not a clue what and she can’t remember what it was called but it did all settle down,
Thing is with dogs it’s not the same as a human stroke it’s more of an
inflammation thats why vets hit it quick with steroids.
Friends lad was same age as Layla when he had it and he recovered and lived on for another 2 years
