    That’s absolutely disgusting behaviour. If that’s what he does to his dogs with people looking then what happens to them behind closed doors?  ???

    The ONLY good thing about the photos is that the police will be able to trace him as the registration number on his car is visible  :yes: (although blanked out in the report).

    Clearly the dog is suffering and the RSPCA should certainly prosecute. The report mentions they guy possibly thnking it was a game and the dog may have enjoyed it. WTF??!!  :suspious: What dog enjoys being hauled about, off the ground by it’s collar?  :nono:

    It’s tims like this that I feel embarrassed to be human. I prefer dogs to people anyway, but this just reinforces how I feel!
