Sad news, Sadies’ breeder has passed away

Kim Spelmer of Shireoak Kennels in Mount Forest Ontario died suddenly last week of a suspected heart attack.  She was a very large part of the existence of the Blue Picardy Spaniel in Canada.  She bred her last litter of Blues a couple of years ago then dedicated herself to Irish Red and Whites.  It’s a big loss to the community.    Quite a few dogs to find homes for but most of the R&Ws have gone to a breeder in Mitchell Ontario and Vicki from Brighthope Blues has Sadies father Tristan and Grandmother Remi plus 1 R&W for the time being.    We’ll see what happens, we may end up with sweet old Remi. Not Tristan though, he an a-hole

Aww how sad  :'( Hope the dogs find homes, be lovely if you have Remi  🙂
