Need your advice please!

Livia has hurt herself somewhere – round her neck/shoulder region

it started today, having her feet dried her yelped slightly, then again 5 mins later when she was petted on her side. Thought she might have strained something so have rested her up. She slept all day today, yelped twice more, once getting off a dog bed and again lifting her head up to chew on a chew.

Took her to the vets (as am away was new vets, but he knows clumbers as they have 3 on their books) he went over her, no pain response but her muscles round neck/shoulder area was very tense.  she yelped getting out of the car but was lifted out.

She been given metacam today and been kept warm and quiet, but obviously am aware cause of recent stuff with Perce.

Driving home tomorrow, but she will be crated and kept warm and rested, anything else I can do for her?

I would keep up the metacam and then take her to your vet sounds like a trapped nerve

thnks Val, we are going today.

she slept all the way home yesterday and then once she was in her comfy bed she stayed there.

She not a happy girl at all  :'(

got 5 days carprieve (sp?) and told to rest her up, got back she went on one of the dogs beds for the springers to start their play and knock into her, she screamed so she now on the sofa asleep.

Pupdate:

she slept all day yesterday, had her dinner and went back to sleep. Woke up at midnight and was waggytailed and hungry!

She went out and went to the toilet (she hadnt been all day) and got carried upstairs. Had a good night last night and this morning is full of mischief again!  ;D

The telling would be if she greets dad when he is dressed now!
