why food should not be left down

basically they are scavengers – they will scoff till they drop incase food scarce the next day 🙂

Cass always cleans her bowl every meal so there’s nothing to leave down anyhow.  😮 ;D

Twas me  ;D a dog is designed to eat a lot then rest, in the wild it would be a day or so between kills, dogs are not grazing animals.
If they are feeding balls out of a bag then it’s even worse as complete foods take 16 hours to go throught a dogs system if they are fed one meal a day.
leaving food down is very hard on a dog especially the liver and kidneys dogs digestive systems need to rest
