ok what is the smell…where is it most isolated?

smell is mostly isolated on mouth – think it is coming from intestine to be honest – bad breath tends to come from stomach rather than mouth unless it is something just eaten

I would class it as “standard commoner garden dog breath”  but in your terms a bit like chappie from the other end – fish waste  ;D
